What is We Are Fit?

A safe space for girls to build community, develop skills, and dedicate themselves to learning about health and wellness. Female Zone members build athletic skills while also mastering goal-setting, teamwork, leadership, and much more. Program staff work with female Zone members to select and prepare fitness sessions that help young women set and achieve personalized fitness goals. The result: circuit training, boxing, yoga, strength & conditioning and more, all tailored for female Zone members.
